A 2007 graduate of North Texas, Foreman is no stranger to Conference USA programs having spent five seasons as the Director of New Media at his alma mater as well as a year with the Louisiana Tech football program as a video coordinator. He came to C-USA from the City of Garland, where he was a video production specialist. Foreman will oversee all C-USA Digital Network programming, including the C-USA Showcase that airs on several Fox Sports Network and Sinclair/American Sports Network (ASN) channels.
